How billing works
The rules the product actually enforces, in the words we use inside it.
- GST
- Prices are per month before tax. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on the invoice; enter your GSTIN there to claim input credit.
- Monthly only
- There is no annual plan and no lock-in. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; a downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month.
- Cancel any time
- Start on Free, or take 14 days of Growth without a card. When the trial ends the lab moves to Free on its own, with no card ever entered.
- Downgrades pause, never delete
- On a downgrade the branches and staff logins over the new limit are paused and you choose which stay active. No patient, order, result or report is removed.
- What counts as a report
- One released report per order. Interim and final reports for the same order count once, reprints and amendments are free, and radiology studies are not counted.
- Going over the cap
- On a paid plan you get a warning first, and only a second month over the cap pauses new registrations. On Free, registrations pause at the cap until the next month or an upgrade. Caps reset on the 1st in your lab’s time zone.
- Your records stay
- Every plan keeps your records readable, printable and downloadable, for at least the statutory five years. They are deleted only when you ask in writing.
- Failed payment
- You get two weeks to update the card. Paid features switch off until it goes through, but your data, your limits and report generation carry on. No lab is suspended over a payment.

Is GST included in the price?
Prices are shown before GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
What counts as a report?
One released report per order counts once in the month it is generated, in your lab’s time zone. Amended reports and reprints do not count again.
What happens if we go over the report limit?
On the Free plan, new orders pause until the next month or until you upgrade. On paid plans you get a warning first; only a second consecutive month over the limit pauses new orders. Releasing, printing and amending reports for existing orders always keeps working.
Can we cancel or downgrade?
Yes, any time. On a downgrade the branches and staff over the new limit are paused, not deleted, and you choose which stay active. Your data stays readable forever, even on the Free plan.
What if a payment fails?
You get 14 days to update the card. After that, paid features switch off until the payment goes through, but your plan limits, your data and report generation stay as they are. We never suspend a lab for a failed payment.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Plans are billed monthly and can be changed or cancelled at any time.
