If that is you, we would rather you used them. A lab on the wrong product is nobody’s win.

Questions

Can we move our old reports across?: No. Neither we nor anyone else imports another system’s historical reports cleanly, and we will not pretend otherwise. Keep your old system readable for as long as your retention duty requires, and start new work here.
Is ZapLab cheaper?: Our rate is published on our pricing page and theirs on theirs; both change, so compare them yourself on the day. The structural difference is that we charge no onboarding fee and ask for no implementation project.
What if we outgrow it?: Enterprise has no branch, login or report limit. If you need something we do not have, tell us — that is more useful to us than you staying on the wrong product.
